Your privacy is important to us. Please read this policy carefully.

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, fill out forms, or communicate with us. This includes your name, email address, payment information, and any business information you enter into the Zentrix platform. We also collect information automatically when you use our platform, including log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and date of your visit), device information, and usage data generated through your interaction with our AI tools and features. We may also collect information from third-party services you connect to Zentrix, such as social media platforms or payment processors.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Zentrix platform; process transactions and send you related information including purchase confirmations and invoices; send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages; respond to your comments, questions, and requests; communicate with you about products, services, offers, and events offered by Zentrix; monitor and analyze trends and usage to improve your experience; detect and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities; and personalize the AI-generated content and recommendations within the platform to better suit your business goals.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the platform, conducting our business, or serving you — provided that those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may disclose your information to comply with applicable laws or regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Cookies and Tracking

Zentrix uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our platform and hold certain information. We may also use third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics.

5. Data Security

We take the security of your data seriously and implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes the use of encryption for data in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest, access controls to limit who can access your data within our organization, and regular security reviews and audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a security breach that affects your data, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
