Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid Zentrix plans. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of your first charge, contact us at support@gozentrix.com and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. Refund requests made after 14 days may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not available for the free Starter plan as no payment is collected.
