1. What Cookies Are

A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store. Related technologies — local storage and session storage — do much the same thing, and this policy covers those too, because the practical question is the same: what is being kept on your device, and why.

This policy covers gozentrix.com, our marketing site. Where a practice differs inside the Zentrix product, the Privacy Policy governs.

2. The Two Categories We Use

Strictly necessary. These make the site work and are set without asking, because the site cannot function without them — including, unavoidably, the entry that records your cookie choice. They do not track you, and they are not shared with anyone.

Analytics. These tell us which pages people find useful and where they give up. They are off by default. Nothing in this category — no script, no request to Google, PostHog, or Vercel — runs until you turn Analytics on. Turning it back off stops collection and deletes the identifiers already on your device.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising.

3. Cookies & Storage We Use

Strictly necessary — always active.

Analytics — only after you opt in. If you have not turned Analytics on, none of the following exists on your device.

Durations are the maximum lifetime set by the provider. Cookies may be removed sooner if you clear your browser data or withdraw consent.

4. Managing Your Choice

The banner shown on your first visit is the primary control. You can reopen it at any time — from the Cookie preferences link in the footer of every page, or right here:

Withdrawing consent takes effect immediately: we stop the analytics scripts already running on the page and delete the analytics cookies they set. You do not need to reload.

Because your choice is stored on the device you made it on, you will be asked again on a different browser or device, or after you clear site data. Every major browser also lets you block or delete cookies directly in its settings — though blocking the strictly necessary entries means we cannot remember your preferences, including your cookie choice.

5. Third-Party Providers

When Analytics is enabled, these providers process data on our behalf. Each publishes its own privacy documentation:

• Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — traffic and page performance analytics.
• PostHog (PostHog Inc.) — product analytics, heatmaps, and funnel measurement.
• Vercel Web Analytics (Vercel Inc.) — cookieless, aggregated page-view counts.

These providers are also listed as sub-processors in our Privacy Policy, which sets out how we handle data transfers and your rights over that data.

6. Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control

Because analytics require an explicit opt-in here, a visitor who sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal and never interacts with the banner is already in the state those signals ask for: nothing non-essential loads. We honor browser-level signals where technically feasible.

7. Changes to This Policy

We update this policy when the cookies we use change. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version. If we add a category or a provider that needs your consent, we will ask again rather than assume your previous answer covers it.
